Emergency Operation for an abused Dog called Fluff

Me and my daughter found this small Alsatian staggering in the middle of the road in Cyprus and is very thin and has a rope around his neck which he had chewed through he was so dehydrated he could barely walk. He needs an urgent operation to raise his intestines as he was born with this, he cannot breathe properly and his intestines (when he breathes is close to his heart) otherwise he will die! He is in Paphiakos & CCP Animal Welfare Shelter in Paphos Cyprus waiting for the operation for the moment and Paphiakos cannot house him after with the many other dogs too as they may hurt him! The food will be paid for for that time? He has a beautiful nature and passive! You will be saving his life to help with the operation, convalescing and to re-home him and give him the life he should have away from the owner that abused him and did this to him! We need the funds in the next few days as he is currently in a small cage awaiting the operation but cannot stay there for long!
