Menzies Aviation - Cross Cultural Team Challenge
Menzies Aviation is sending two teams of 12 Managers from around the world to support two communities, making a lasting impact.
One team will visit London, working with BikeWorks registered charity. Undertaking a cycling challenge they will raise money for the UK’s first mobile All Ability Cycling Clubs. They provide cycling opportunities for people from marginalised communities or with physical /learning disabilities. The funds will support a new van, equipment, and cover the first year’s operational costs.
The other team will visit New Zealand to work with the ‘I Have a Dream’ registered charity.
Working with over 1500 children across 4 low decile schools, they support children through their education helping build belief in their potential and choice. Money raised will provide the children with a series of “dream day trips”, unique experiences to inspire dreams and provide memories for a lifetime.
